Challenge
In the old working process, the manager got reports and documents from hospitals by email. It is hard to find and arrange documents. Also, he must summary reports by hand. So we build a new system to help him.
Solution
We build a web app and create an account for each hospital. They send documents and reports via the application. A manager can easily track documents, view reports, and send feedback to hospitals. He can quickly search in a document database to check for duplication.
The Result of Our Work
Now, he is happy with the new system. Currently, we still add some features for him when he requests. With this application, he and hospitals reduce a lot of time compared to the old process.
